Seriously, why are all of the levels locked? I'm interested in playing this game, but where the heck do I begin?
Interesting, but I can't seem to get into it. I didn't even know what I was doing half the time and seemed to just sort of win or loose. Nice use of dialogue though, it kind of keeps you on you're toes at all times. neat concept
I thought the concept was really neat. I absolutely love the simplistic art style and the music was well put together. While it was interesting, somehow I felt like coming across each object in the game was sort of by chance. For example, in my first playthrough I couldn't find the pink tree and I was literally just wandering for minutes at a time until I gave up, but then in my second playthrough I just took a few steps to the left like I would've done in my first playthrough and boom! the tree appeared immediately
Honestly though, this game was inspiring to me. It feels like you could add more to the concept of stopping, listening, and finding out where to go. I don't have any ideas that come to mind, but it feels like a small idea that could have a lot of uses for a future title, if ever you decide to make a sequel or whatever.
once again, awesome game :)
I couldn`t really understand what was going on in this game. It was a bit hard to get a clear idea of what I was supposed to do. Also the protagonist moves as slow as a sloth, maybe improve on her speed? Seems like a neat concept anyhow
Awesome game. Loved it a lot, It's neat to see how the metroidvania layout makes you feel as though you're exploring this huge world brimming with interesting things to find along the way
For some reason I preferred the original a bit more. It felt more mysterious and like I was on an adventure since less Information was given away at the beginning. That's just me though, I'm sure that there were a lot of people that preferred the sequel more :). also the animation felt a bit more static compared to the last game, specifically when the fox jumps into mid air and when William turns his head to talk to you. Still, not that bad of a game.
this game shows how simplicity in a game can be fun
It`s easy to get trapped and have to start your game all over. Aside from that complaint this game was awesome! loved playing as a little demon creature in randomly generated metroidvania styled dungeons. The permanent powerups and boss fights were also nice touches as well :)
glad you enjoyed!
oh god I remember this from when I was like 10. still a lot of fun to play
this game was pretty decent once I figured out what was going on :)
